New Jersey State Sanitary Code - Chapter 24
The Health Department conducts all health inspections and investigations of licensed establishments in accordance with Chapter 24, "Sanitation in Retail Food Establishments and Food and Beverage Vending Machines" of the New Jersey State Sanitary Code.
