Commuter Parking
The Borough Clerk's office issues Commuter Parking Decals for Westwood residents and non-residents.
Please bring your vehicle registration and driver’s license to the Clerk’s office to obtain a parking decal. The cost is $10 for the calendar year for resident decals, and $20 for non-resident decals. Payment can be received with cash or check ONLY. For additional information, please contact the Parking Utility at 201-664-7100 ext. 121.
RESIDENT PARKING – MUST HAVE RESIDENT DECAL
MONDAY – FRIDAY 6 AM – 4 PM
Memorial Drive between Park & Third (thru Veterans’ Park)
Second Avenue West Side between Park & Elm
Fourth Avenue East Side between Washington to a point 120 ft. past Elm
Park Avenue between Second & Third (indicated by signs)
Resident commuter parking in the above area is available on first come, first served basis. If there are no spots available, residents with parking decals may park in the long-term 15-hour parking lot behind Borough Hall. There are 11 dedicated Resident spots by the entrance from Fourth Avenue (indicated by signs). There is no daily parking fee for residents who park in the 11 spots. However, if you park anywhere else in the parking lot, you are required to pay for the parking ($3 per day).
NON-RESIDENT COMMUTER PARKING- MUST HAVE NON-RESIDENT DECAL
MONDAY – FRIDAY 6 AM – 9 PM
Borough Hall Municipal Lot, located at Washington & Fourth Avenues, for long-term non-resident parking. It provides 15-hour parking from 6 am to 9 pm. A non-resident decal is required plus there is a daily meter fee of $3 for non-residents. These 90 spaces are the only non-resident commuter parking in the Borough.
