The Borough has an emergency notification alert system, Swiftreach, where you can sign up to receive valuable information in advance of and during an emergency situation.
An extremely important new feature to the alert system is the Special Evacuation Needs section. This field allows you to include any special requirements you or your family members may have that First Responders need to know in order to evacuate you safely during an emergency. Such needs would include, but not be limited to, disabilities/mobility issues; hearing or vision impairment; medical devices; children with special needs; pets. Anyone who has already registered with Swiftreach may log in to their account to update the Special Evacuation Needs section, as well as update your existing information.
