Borough of Westwood - Coronavirus Update 03/17/2020

Dear Westwood Residents,

The Borough of Westwood continues to monitor the evolving situation surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19). As such, please be advised of the following updates:

  • Westwood Borough Hall, as well as all Borough owned buildings, are closed to the public. Our Borough staff are in the office between 8:30am and 4:30pm to assist you in any way they can. Residents are encouraged to make inquiries of municipal officials/departments by e-mail or phone. The number to Borough Hall is 201-664-7100. The Police non-emergency number is 201-664-7000. In the event of an emergency, please dial 911.
  • All Borough Parks continue to remain open.
  • The Borough of Westwood is currently following the Governor’s Executive Order # 104 as it pertains to curfews, business closures, and changes to business operating hours and procedures. A copy of this order can be found on our website - here
  • County Executive Jim Tedesco has released an Executive Order, which will limit business operations and social gatherings even further. It is to go into effect at 8am on Saturday, March 21st.  A copy of that order is located on our website here – and will be updated if and when more information becomes available.
