The Department's normal hours of operation (Monday through Friday) are:

• Civil Union, Domestic Partnership and Marriage License Applications: 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (by appointment only)
• Issuance of Birth, Death, Civil Union, Domestic Partnership and Marriage Transcripts: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Telephone inquiries: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

All public Health Nuisance complaints are handled by the Board of Health. Please call the Health Department at 201-664-7100, ext. 129 to file a complaint.

8. I am thinking about opening a restaurant in Westwood. What do I need to do?
